Kate is a good athlete and has a high basketball IQ. Super deadly with the ball in her hands and able to score from all three levels and get to the cup or get to her spots for shots whenever she wants. Does a good job on defense keeping the man in front of her and does a good job playing passing Lanes. Definitely think this kid has a bright future as well

Even at 5'9", Kate is a dominate scorer that can get it done against the top guards in the game. Her relentless motor helps her keep moving to get the ball in positions to score. She consistently gets 25-40 ppg against top defenses in the game including Tn Flight, Nebraska Att, Al So Stars, FBC United, Minn Fury, and others. Kate also has one of the highest FT% in the game, averaging over 90% for the past 2 years. Defensively, she can hold her own. Her IQ helps keeps her in the right places on and off the ball.

Hollifield is one of the top scoring guards in the USA. At every stop, she demonstrates her ability to be the highest scorer on the court. She has a lot of finesse at the rim and can also hit the long ball. In the past year, Kate has really improved her 3 pt shot to compliment her superior finishing capabilities. She also does a great job playing from the inside out, she can finish or find the open shooters as defenses collapse on her.

Kate Hollifield is a 5'9" combo guard that excels at slashing moves, and deep catch and shoot situations. She has a high motor and tends to be a leader on the court with her effort. We have seen her close out numerous games this summer as a reliable go to shooter on the stripe to make consistent game winning FTs. Kate will likely a late BCS pickup as her talent is crystal clear although her size does draw attention to her as an obvious P5 recruit.
